ABOUT US
When The New York Times wrote a feature story on Sunday River in January 2009 their photographer knew where to find the most stunning view of the resort for their cover photo - The Peaks Atop Mount Will.
The Peaks was created in 2006 when a local group that shared a vision of a neighborhood carved out of the side of Mt Will turned the dream in to a reality. An immediate success, today it is a community comprised of largely like-minded homeowners who have built beautiful custom homes, each with their own unique features that put forth the personality of the various owners, and many of which can be seen from the eastern slopes of Sunday River such as Right Stuff, T2 or White Heat. From their homes, residents appreciate some of the most commanding, panoramic mountain views in the region.

The board of directors is comprised of owners and the association is an active, social group with activities held throughout the year. While many of the properties are second homes, The Peaks owners are passionate about their properties and their neighborhood and many owners spend several weeks a year in residence in addition to winter weekends.

Located just off the Sunday River Road and just minutes to the resort, the subdivision boasts a total 67 lots. Covenants and Architectural Guidelines are in place to protect the integrity of the neighborhood and all new lot owners planning to build must meet with the architectural board prior to building. The board of directors or property management team is always available to assist homeowners with questions or concerns.
